Head & Neck

The head and the neck are not usually covered by clothes and therefore exposed to primary visual recognition. As a consequence wishes to improve age related changes or aesthetic problems are concentrated in this area of the body. Most frequently I am doing blepharoplasties, probably because the aesthetic problem is often mixed with a functional problem. Face lifting operations in my hands are based on a vast personal experience with the dangerous proximity of the facial nerve to the operative field during reconstructive surgery for facial palsy. Aesthetic operations of the nose are demanding due to the three-dimensional planning and performing surgery. Otoplasties are difficult to end up in a natural shape and anterior surface of the ear. So I am using a technique meeting these aims best.
